Here are our FAQs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if your question is not listed.

How do I go about hiring you?

Simply send an email to EHRNurse@rickparrott.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.

What are your terms?

For new clients, we require 50% of the agreed on amount prior to starting the project. The remaining amount will need to be paid over the time remaining in the contract in equal payments. All work is quoted as a complete project; we do not do hourly work.

Do you do the work yourself or do you outsource?

All work is accomplished by full time American technicians.

What kind of turnaround can I expect?

All projects are turned around as soon as possible, but always within the agreed period. The time required for each project will vary, but will be agreed upon before work starts.

I live in New York, and you are in Texas. Can we
still work together?

At this time, Rick Parrott Consulting only accepts clients within the State of Texas.

What kind of assignments do you handle?

We conduct Risk Assessments, EHR Project Implementations, Workflow Studies and Process
